The sweet sound of “Love in the club “by Usher is playing in the background, as me and my girls make our way through the room .We approach the bar and can already taste the Patron trickling down our throats like venom .With every sensual lyric that flows through the speakers and every beat that slides down our spine, we began thinking about “making love in the club.”My girl spots this sexy ass man from across the room and their chemistry is intense .His swagger reminds me of a lion who is in search of his prey. As he approaches her their shoulders slightly brush and he commands her attention. I follow her eyes as I notice the Gucci he is rocking from top to bottom. Politely he asks if we all would like drink .My eyebrow rises as I think, “Damn I should have noticed him first.” Our drinks are served and Mr. Magnificent pulls out his black credit card, the waitress gives him a seductive smile and says,” I will be right back “. As the moments pass I spot the waitress coming back across the room .She no longer is exhibiting the seductive aura she once held, in fact she appears to be pissed .She approaches our table with fury,” Excuse me, but your card has been declined!” As she hands him the card, I notice that this is not an American Express Black Card but a damn Rush Card!I look at my girls and say “What the Fu*k Just Happened “In this crazy world we live in, I know we all have had a “What the Fu*k Just Happened “experience. Whether it is in your personal or professional life I know we can all relate.Tell me, how many times can you remember yourself daydreaming about those three little letters S E X, it may brought on by your boss walking by with that outfit she knows she shouldn’t have on , or maybe it’s your homeboy who for some reason has a little bit more swagger on this particular day.
You try and put those annoying thoughts to the side, as your mind starts to tell you no, but as R. Kelly would say… your body is telling you yes.
Then that infamous day finally comes, and ladies you know what I’m talking about. After a few drinks those months of anticipation finally become reality. Lil Wayne penetrates your eardrums as he speaks of licking it like a lollipop. You begin to caress your friends body in search of a prize, you search and you search but to your surprise, it’s limp and small and he has the nerve to be laughing …you think to yourself “What The Fu*k Just Happened “The words I have spoken may have caused you to laugh, but I am going to switch it up and go towards another path .We are facing a pivotal moment in history, the opportunity to have the first African American President.
Barak Obama promises us change as he hypnotizes us with his articulate swagger, but it’s up to us to make it a reality.
Can you imagine the day, when we all stand up clapping and everyone will be thinking “What the Fuck Just Happened”
